S-Docs was known as a powerful Salesforce document automation app in its category. To grow, S-Docs embarked on a transformative journey to expand its portfolio of offerings. As part of the Wave team, I was hired to help S-Docs announce their new offerings and appeal to new markets by designing a new written brand strategy and visual identity.

Our challenge was to uplevel S-Doc’s written brand strategy and visual identity so that it would match its powerful new platform capabilities and appeal to mid-market and enterprise-sized businesses.

Emphasize the brand's sleek, modern, and professional essence while remaining approachable so the new ICP could see themselves in the brand. My efforts included:
Research: Leading deep brand messaging & visual research for the 360°GTM analysis.
Strategy: Designing moodboards, font/color pairings, patterns, and photo treatments for the visual identity. Hiring and providing art direction to logo and video animation design specialists.
Scalability: Designing brand guidelines, collateral templates & reusable trade show booth design.
Collaboration: Providing excellent project management to ensure all initiatives were delivered on time/budget

The brand launch solidified S-Docs market position as a multifaceted document management powerhouse for multiple CRMs and reenergized its internal teams. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from internal and external teams has been palpable, with engagement levels at their highest across all events and social platforms at launch.
